Buyz delivers to over 24,000+ postal pincodes across all 28 States and 8 Union Territories of India through our centralized enterprise integration with Shiprocket and top Indian express couriers:
2. Processing & Dispatch Timeline
- Order Verification: Orders placed online via PhonePe (UPI, Cards, Netbanking) are instantly confirmed and sent to the respective partner boutique atelier for preparation.
- Dispatch Timeline: Ready-to-wear items are dispatched within 24 to 48 business hours. Handcrafted or custom-measured garments may take 3 to 4 days, clearly indicated on the product page.
- Estimated Delivery: Metro cities typically receive deliveries within 3 to 5 business days. Non-metro and regional locations are delivered within 5 to 7 business days.
3. Live Shipment Tracking
As soon as your parcel is handed over to the courier partner, an automated confirmation is sent to your registered email and phone number containing your AWB Tracking Number and direct tracking URL.
You can also track your shipment at any time by logging in to your Buyz account and visiting the My Orders section.
4. Shipping Charges & Free Delivery
Shipping rates are calculated dynamically at checkout based on the delivery pincode and parcel weight. Many of our partner boutiques offer Free Delivery on orders above specified cart values (typically ₹999 or above), which is automatically applied during checkout.
5. Package Integrity & Damaged Delivery
All apparel is packed in tamper-evident security polybags. If you observe that the outer packaging has been severely torn, tampered with, or unsealed prior to delivery, please refuse to accept the package and immediately contact our support hotline at +91 95493 11580 or email [email protected].
