1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or shopping on Buyz (buyz.in), an e-commerce platform registered under the Ministry of MSME, Government of India (Udyam: UDYAM-RJ-01-0176167), you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy.

2. Marketplace Platform Role

Buyz operates as a digital multi-vendor commerce platform that enables independent verified fashion designers, heritage ateliers, and retail boutiques to showcase and sell handcrafted garments and apparel directly to customers. All items sold on the platform are verified for authentic craftsmanship.

3. Pricing & Payment Gateway

All product prices are quoted in Indian National Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) unless explicitly indicated otherwise.

Online payments on Buyz are securely captured through our RBI-authorized banking gateway partner, PhonePe. We do not store or process your complete credit card numbers, debit card CVV, or banking passwords on our local servers.

4. User Account & Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, login OTPs, and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your user account.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on Buyz, including text, logos, custom graphics, software architecture, and icons, is the exclusive property of Buyz or its partner ateliers and is protected by Indian copyright and trademark regulations.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the substantive laws of India. Any legal dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to this platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Rajasthan, India.
